Pc Freaking Out! Lagging a lot!

So, I Have this problem for like 5 months and I CAN'T FIX IT. I Have a problem with lag stuttering, lag spikes, drop frames etc. Like Fortnite must work for me in 400 FPS, But no... 140 Frames max, I Have making a test on Can you run it on fortnite and Minimum and Recommended were Green, Like WTF, Pubg SAME, I Have:

I5 Core 3,20 Ghz
GTX 960
8GB RAM
60hz Monitor

And I Tried anything to make it work! I Have a 2nd monitor, maybe is this problem? Bcs I DON'T KNOW! Please help me!

Yes second monitors can often cause issues. To test it would be easy, unplug it.

What settings are you running Fortnite at?
