Question PC freezes and crashes, and screen flashes when I play any game ?

As of right now i have two problems. my PC not only keeps freezing and crashing but screen also flashes when i am playing any game. Drivers are up to date. I have tried to look up solutions but all are just for screen flickering which is nowhere near as bad as my PC is behaving right now.

Motherboard: I can't remember exactly what it is.
GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 Ti
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7700X 8 core
RAM: 32GB DDR5
