I’m experiencing a frustrating issue with my PC where it completely freezes during certain games, and nothing works except the power button on the case to shut it down. Here are the details:
Symptoms: The computer locks up entirely; the keyboard, mouse, and any other input devices stop working. The only way to restart the PC is by holding down the power button.
Examples:
PUBG: Freezes in the menu if I stay there for more than 30 seconds, but it never crashes while playing the game.
Hell Let Loose: Same behavior as PUBG (menu freeze, no in-game crashes).
EAFC 25: Works perfectly, no crashes at all.
A Plague Tale: Crashes right during the first intro cutscene.
Troubleshooting so far:
Does anyone know what might be causing this issue or how to troubleshoot further?

- Replaced the RAM and the power supply, but the issue persists.
- Updated GPU drivers to the latest version.
- Formatted the PC and performed a clean installation of Windows.
- Deleted and reinstalled the affected games.
Does anyone know what might be causing this issue or how to troubleshoot further?
