My PC has been having a lot of issues with total freezing of the computer. I had just gotten a new motherboard to support more ram pretty recently and ever since I installed it my computer has been having a lot of issues with freezing up randomly. There is never any warning and I can't figure out how or why it is happening. I have even gone as far as to buy a whole new PSU because my other one wasn't supplying enough.
1. I have done everything outlined in this website in order https://www.drivereasy.com/knowledge/solved-windows-10-freezes-locks-up-randomly-easily/
2. I bought a new PSU for more wattage
3. I have attempted to defrag my hard drive that contains my OS
None of these fixes have done anything to help solve this problem and I have no more ideas on how to fix this issue.
My Specs -
CPU: AMD x8350 Eight Core
GPU: ASUS 1060 6gb
PSU: EVGA SuperNova 750 G2
RAM: Crucial - Ballistix Sport 16gb kit (8x2)
MOBO: AMD AM3+ 970A DS3P
Wifi Adapter: TP-Link 300mbs PCI Wifi Adapter
Hard Drive: 1 Toshiba 1TB and 1 Seagate Barracuda 2TB
I am pretty sure that is all in there but if anyone has any idea how to fix this issue or needs anymore info ask away.
