PC freezing and buzzing

Everytime I play 3d games (Mass effect 3, team fortress 2, etc.) and while installing audio drivers. My pc freezes and buzzes coming from the speaker. This never happened before the power shortage that lasted a second and it happened trice.
My specs are
CPU: Pentium D 820 2.8GHz
Ram: 2.1 GB
Power Supply: generic 450 watts
Graphics Card: Inno3d Nvidia GT 220
Motherboard: Asus P5G41T LX

My Bios readings are
Vcore= 1.18v
+3.3= 3.10v
+5= 5.20v
+12= 11.83 (when im gaming it goes down to 11.67v)

Your 3.3v feed is out of spec, but I don't know if that alone would cause your symptoms.

I had to replace a MB with a buzzing audio issue, but the audio problem was persistent and the only symptom.

Mine was less than two weeks, but the symptoms were not identical, so it may not be your MB. I was simply giving you a data point to consider in your troubleshooting.

Buzzing audio is a symptom that *can* be displayed by a bad motherboard. But mine wasn't freezing like yours.

It could be something as simple as a software issue, but it's too much of a coincidence that the symptoms appeared after a power issue, so I'm leaning toward hardware with the available info.

Dude a few hours ago, my pc doesnt have any power. so i replaced the cmos battery, after that my pc now turns on but there is still the buzzing and freezing. Buzzing and freezing happened to me once so i had to replace the power supply. And now my pc doesnt display wtF?
