Recently my pc has been freezing and restarting very often, it would first freeze everything for around 10-20seconds and then go black, into a restart. This only happens if it is idle or doing very minor tasks like youtube or google or nothing at all. If im playing a game it wouldnt happen almost ever, i dont recall it ever happening tbh. it used to happen rarely but recently its been happening multiple times a day and sometimes repeatedly as soon as it reboots once.
My pc is around 4years old and these are the parts:
