Question PC freezing up for 2 seconds and starts running again after clicking noise!

Hi all,

You guys helped me in the past, and once again, I need your help!
My PC freezing up for 2 seconds and starts running again after clicking noise!
I am suspicious about hard drives because it sounds like something was sleeping, and when it freezes, something starts making physical waking up noise, and in the end, there is clicking like noise.
I t has increased its occurrence. Also, I asked Lenovo to send me a replacement unit, and after I installed in, the sound doubled ( waking up sound click than another waking up sound and a click)
So I am not sure anymore if it is a hard disk issue (what is the change to come across to bad hard disks in a row :S ) or something other.
Btw it is not just freezing while playing, it freezes while watching movie browsing the internet, even writing mail

Back up whatever you need to back up before it's gone. Seems like the good ol' HDD click of death, indeed. Can never be too careful with that.

So I was able to record the noise in the freezing moment.
if you crank up the volume you can here two waking up and clicking sound that I mentioned previously.
