Question PC froze, forced shutdown, now Windows won’t boot on my M.2 NVMe SSD ?

Pre info: My PC locked up a couple months ago and I forced a shutdown and turned it back on. When I did, I was greeted with a black screen that said “press any key to boot from cd or dvd…” I found it weird and just turned my PC off and on again. Magically the issue went away and it booted normally.

Fast forward a couple months later (today), I was playing a game on my PC and the game completely froze and everything went unresponsive. I shut down my PC and when I turned it back on I was greeted with the same screen months ago. However, my old fix is not working anymore. My windows is installed on a NVME M.2 drive (Samsung SSD 980 PRO 2TB).

I have;
TUF gaming x570 plus
CPU: AMD RYZEN 9 5900x
32gb ddr4 ram
rtx 4090

When I go into my UEFI bios, I can see my storage information. I have 3 listed in ACHI: SSD 500GB, old 3TB HDD, and a dvd asus disk reader. Listed under is my NVME: which is the 980 pro I listed above. That SSD has my windows installed on it. When I check my boot priority, there is only my DVD drive listed. My 980 pro is no where to be seen. I tried setting my bios back to default. I also tried repairing my disk. I tried to move the m.2 to a new slot but that has not worked either. When I try to repair my pc after booting off the windows disk I have, it fails. When I try to go to a restore point which is just from yesterday, I am prompted with a message that says my 980 pro has been corrupt. I try to fix it and it doesn’t do anything.

I’m assuming my 980 pro is completely broken somehow and windows won’t boot from it. Idk what else to do and I don’t want to lose my files. If I do need to buy a new SSD and install windows on it, can I transfer my files over? Also is it possible to install windows onto my older SSD and transfer files over without losing everything. Any other fixes I can try for my 980 pro? I am completely lost. Any help or advice would be MUCH appreciated.

Another extremely weird question. My 4090 seems to idle and the RGB lights turn off. This seems somewhat normal but after around 10-20 mins, the monitor will turn off and go unresponsive as I can’t get it to pick up my graphic signal. YELLOW dram light on mobo Asus tuf 570 wifi plus…. I found a workaround for a long time… when I use a software that manages my RGB on my gpu, I can set a fan curve. AS LONG AS THE FANS ARE SPINNING and RGB is on, no issues. However, now since I’m stuck on the bios screen and windows repair screen… I can’t get those lights to stay on and the fans to spin… so the problem is happening when I’m trying to fix this new issue with the m2 nvme. Just thought to add that weird bit in.
