Question Pc goes to black screen

Need help with me gaming pc. Ok so when I turn on my pc it boots up. It brings up the MSI logo screen where you can go into bois screens and after that it goes to a black screen, it doesn't even have the loading screen for windows. So what can I do to fix it?
