Question Pc has no BIOS beeps , maybe POST not working?

Hello there! I bought a new GPU (zotac gt 710) for my friends desktop , we booted it and everything was working fine. After that we installed from Win 7 to Win 10. Installation went fine , but upon the restart , it showed a blue screen , bad system sector if i belive , and after that there are no BIOS beeps when turning on pc (booting). I did some tutorials what i found on the internet like , disconnecting new GPU , unplugging all USB , remove RAM sticks and removing HDD and still nothing. Any help would be greatly appritiated! I Really want to fix it for him.

Edit: Forgot to mention , before there weren't any BIOS beeps , it beeped 4 times and the the no beeps started

Using bootable usb , got the install tool from Microsoft

I’m not home at the moment , but if I remember correctly it was gigabyte G2-f2a58m-s1

So I understand this clearly, when powering on the computer you get nothing on the screen now. no bios start up page or anything?

Yes exactly , only cpu fan turning and that’s it ( gpu has no fan , it has passive cooling)
