Question PC Humming Noise

Hey everyone,

So I just built my PC a couple days ago and I noticed yesterday that there was this persistent humming noise. It would repeat every 8-10 seconds. Video of sound is below. I later disconnected all case fans and the humming noise is still present.

The noise sounds like a ghostly wail.

Case: Lian Li Lancool 2
MOBO: TOMAHAWK B450 MAX
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
CPU cooler: hyper 212 rgb black
CASE FANS: 2x noctua nf-s12a, 1x nf-f121 stock case fan
RAM: 16GB DDR4 3200 G.Skill Trident rgb
GPU: PNY 1080Ti Blower
PSU: EVGA 650g SUPERNOVA
SSD: nvme wd 500gb
HDD: Seagate barracuda 2tb

Hey, thanks for your reply. I just wanted to clarify, the sound appears at 5-7 seconds. Is this the sound that you are saying is just fan noise? It's the high pitched 'wooooo'. I've been worried it's my PSU. I've disconnected all my fans (besides cpu and psu fans) and it's still making that noise.

That PSU also has variable fan speed.
