[SOLVED] PC intantly shuts off intead of going to sleep

When I put my PC to sleep it suddenly goes off as if the power is cut. After this it usually starts up again immediately but sometimes it gets stuck in loading the bios.

I just built a new PC:
Ryzen 7 3700x @4.3
32 gb ddr4 3200 cl16
Gigabyte aorus x570 pro
Rtx 2070 super gigabyte
corsair RM850x

The Windows logs say nothing about this so i think it is hardware related, some setting in the bios?

Thanks for the answer...
I just use the start menu or my power button (set to sleep mode).

After resetting the bios and changing a lot of settings (different as before) it now seems to be fixed...
