I just built my first PC and when I turned it on all the fans and a few lights on the motherboard turned on but after about 30 seconds it all turned off for 2-3 seconds then repeated. The lights turning on where not any debugging lights and where hidden under part of the motherboard. The debugging lights did not turn on at all. My monitor was completely black the whole time. The GPU fans where not spinning.
My specs are:
Ryzen 5 3600 CPU
2 x 8GB Vengance Corsair DDR4 RAM
Asrock x370 Fatal1ty Motherboard
Powercolour RX580 Red Dragon 8GB GPU
Corsair CV 550 Bronze 80+
I'm not sure what BIOS the motherboard is on as it is secondhand and the previous owner has no idea. I've been made aware that the motherboard doesn't support my CPU on its factory BIOS but if theres anything else anyone thinks it could be I want to check. This is because I dont know anybody with a ryzen CPU who could flash my motherboard for me and I'm fairly sure it doesn't support flashback.
