Hello, I hope someone here will be able to help me sort out this problem, i'm at my wits end.

Approximately 2 months ago, I decided to upgrade my PC to windows 11, ever since it has been freezing up like a scratched DVD at random points, i have not been able to sort out what is causing it. I use this computer for a multitude of things, but mainly for Youtube and Video Games. The freezing/crashing happens randomly, my PC can be at idle or when i'm watching a youtube video, or when i'm playing a game, it does not seem to matter. It is genuinely confusing.

Initially, my change to windows 11 was just an upgrade of my windows 10. However after the crashing started to occur, i did a complete fresh install of Windows 11, and even went so far as to format all of my drives to ensure they were all as fresh as they could be. It did not help or correct the problem.

After the fresh install/format, i proceeded to run CHKDSK, DISM repair, and the microsoft memory diagnostic tool. They all reported 0 problems. I have gone into my BIOS and checked for any accidental overclocking, which there was none, my BIOS is up to date, as well as all of my required drivers. It has continued to crash.

I started watching Event Viewer to see if i could discern what the problem was. I have a screenshot linked of the events found that are repeating.

I've put this PC through a 3DMark Extreme Benchtest, and even that didn't crash it. My temperatures are running within normal operations for the tasks being asked of the PC. The voltage on my CPU ranges from about 1.3 to 1.45 depending on what the current task is upon checking. I'm officially out of ideas for what could be causing this and i have no more ideas on how to test my remaining hardware components.

i did a complete fresh install of Windows 11
Did you recreate your bootable USB installer for the OS? Disconnecting all drives from your system except for the one you wished to install the OS onto? Installing the OS in offline mode? Manually installing all necessary drivers in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator while in offline mode?

my BIOS is up to date

For the sake of relevance, please mention the BIOS version for the motherboard?

Pass on an image of the cooler and we should be able to tell what it is.

Power Supply - EVGA Supernova 850 GT Gold
How old is the PSU in your build?

Do you end up with a BSoD? Can you see if you have any .dmp files?

I did a fresh download of the bootable USB installer. I disconnected all the drives before installation as well. I did not try installing the OS in offline mode, not sure how to do that. And i'm not sure how to manually install all the necessary drivers in offline mode.

I'm unsure of how old the PSU is, i got this PC as a gift, but it was definitely a custom build.

It has never BSOD, it simply freezes and then the only way to get it to stop is i need to hold the power button to force a shutdown.

These are the best images i can get currently (There are 4 images in the link)
