PC is stuttering

Hey everyone i'm having some issues with my PC and I can't figure out why.

i7-4770K (OC 4.2) lame I know
Asus Sabertooth Z87
Asus Strix 1080 TI
Corsair Vengeance LP (4x4)
Corsair ax860i Platinum
Corsair h100i LC
Asus ROG Swift PG258Q (Monitor)

It's mainly a gaming PC and every 5 to 10 seconds while i'm playing a game I get a hiccup and I can't figure out why??
Could I be bottlenecked?

I don't think you are bottlenecking anything, are your graphics drivers updated

Check temperatures. Reduce overclock.

Hey thank you for the quick response, yes I made sure that everything is updated current BIOS all that fun stuff. Tried Loading defaults for BIOS, I tried with out touching any of the GPU settings. I'm lost. lol =|

make sure your intel chipset drivers are updated. in the asus bios make sure your video slot set to pci 3.0 mode not the slower 2.0 mode. turn off ipgpu in the bios and make sure your on the video card.
