Question Pc keep restarting while Gaming

Pc Restarts while Gaming, whenever i start the game any game whole pc shuts downs and restarts. but sometimes i could play games for hours and nothing would restart .
PC Spec-
i7-9700f
RTX 2060
32gb ram
550w PSU-Antec 550 plus

NOTE- Everything else works fine just games restart and The pc is restarting more often but sometime when game starts it could run for like hours until i shut down pc and the next day the problem comes back.

Could you provide more information on the PSU model? Antec has several 'plus' models out there from what I can tell.

What've you tried so far? It could be any multiple of things from dying hardware to simply a corrupted driver installation.

maybe your PSU is too small. consider getting a better one
