Okay so recently I had an issue where my pc would boot up and only my monitor worked, keyboard and mouse won’t. So I went to fix the issue by rubbing an eraser on my rams. My pc worked fine for about a week.
Today when I boot up my pc everything boots as usual, I logged in as usual and after a few seconds my usb mouse and keyboard just stopped working and didn’t light up anymore also my screen froze up as well. Had to hard reset everything and I’ve tried unplugging and booting it up and plugging it back in, the pc won’t even detect them. Same thing happens when I boot with them and remove and replug, no detection. The pc also shuts off on its own if I left it like this for a while. How do I fix this?
I don’t know that much about pc, please explain in simple terms.
