I recently upgraded from my MSI 1050ti to a Zotac 3060ti oc twinEdge LHR and after installing the new GPU everything runs unstable. GPUz/Nvidia performance thingy doesn’t show wattage or loads, every change i make to the resolution ends in my pc rebooting and everything seems really laggy and stuttery.

I’ve tried performing a clean install of windows, DDU uninstalling nvidia drivers and installing them without internet connection, updating BIOS, updating chipset drivers for MB, etc.
Nothing has worked so far

Specs:
-ROG Strix B550-f Gaming
-AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
-Corsair Vengace 2x 8GB 3200MHz DDR4
-Zotac RTX 3060ti Twin Edge Oc LHR
-bequiet Pure Power 11FM 850W 80+ Gold

Solution
Do not use third party tools to remove or install drivers or apps. If no other choice then you may be forced to do so as a last resort.

Just be sure to have all important data backed up along with recovery images as well.

As you appear to already be doing you should download directly from manufacturers' websites. And just because the manufacturer's name appears somewhere in the URL does not mean that that site is truly the manufacturer's website.

Windows version/edition?

Start with no DDU driver updates.

Manually do your own driver downloads directly from the applicable manufacturer websites. Reinstall and reconfigure as necessary.

No third party installers or tools.

Look in Reliability History and Event Viewer: what error codes, warnings, or even informational events, if any, appear that either precede or correspond with what you see as "unstable performance"?

The solution is probably in the details of the installed drivers and apps.

Take a close look at the various driver versions: first to determine which version(s) are installed and second to go back or go forward to another version that does indeed work.

Try running the built in Windows troubleshooters. The troubleshooters may find and fix something.

It is also possible that with all that has been done or for other reasons some files have been corrupted.

Try "sfc /scannow" and "dism".
