Question PC makes solid screen and weird noise before crashing

Every half an hour or so, my pc will crash and make a weird noise through my headset before restarting . Can anyone offer some help ?

RX 560 from XFX
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2 motherboard
Single Channel 8 gb 1600 MHz DDr3 ram from Adata

Not sure about my psu though
