Okay so long story short:
-I got a pc in early february
-Was working fine for 2 or 3 weeks or so
-Then suddenly one day it just shut off and it wouldnt turn on
-I called the guy who sold me it,and he "fixed it"
-Once i got it back,he told me he "replaced" my 580 8gb for a 480 (witch is shady but the guy seems nice)
-Turned out PSU fried most of my components
-After i got it back,i noticed that fan noise increased
-Then it randomly restarted
-I tried playing games again, still restarted
-ran prime95 and furmark with hwinfo, turns out my cpu reaches really high temps(95-105 degrees) adn my gpu reaches 80-85 degrees
-Tried reinstalling drivers, chkdsk, sfc, reisntalling os nothing works

What should i do?

hard to say what the guy was doing with your system ,
it is fair to assume he replaced the fried power supply with another no name low quality brand to cut the cost
(which along with high cpu temps may be causing issues under load and random shut downs)
your gpu temperatures are a bit on a high note but still fine , however cpu temperatures are not (cpu cooler may be mounted incorrectly)
it is no way to tell until someone who knows what he is doing opens it up and inspects it .
