Question Pc not booting after changes with the platform key

My pc beeps 5 times after messing with the bios settings ( messed with a setting under secure boot known as key management setting on a gigabyte b 360m motherboard)
Tried resetting the CMOS

When you power on the pc does the cpu fan spin?

Everything powers up but I get 5 beeps and a blank screen

Try making sure it's in CSM mode.

Well that's the catch if I could enter into the bios I would be happy and just reset to defaults but the thing is I can't enter into the bios

ohhh...and 5 beeps i see now.

Do the CMOS reset again, with battery pull and short the jumper at same time. Do it for a few minutes before reassembling.

How did you reset the cmos?

I reset the CMOS by using the jumper and also by removing the cmos battery ( done separately
)

Gtx 1650 gddr 5
16 gigs of single channel ram cuz I didn't know better
Mother board is mentioned above and a deep cool 550 w psw

5 beeps is the CMOS battery failure.

Unplug the PC remove the battery and hold down the power button for about 30 seconds.

If you have a volt meter you can check the battery voltage.

No.

Your motherboard has dual BIOS check the manual how to switch to the backup.

SO try removing the gpu and see if it will go to bios.

My CPU doesn't have an inte and I've tried with a gt 210 which I be had lying around still nothing
