Question Pc not booting after changes with the platform key

My pc beeps 5 times after messing with the bios settings ( messed with a setting under secure boot known as key management setting on a gigabyte b 360m motherboard)
Tried resetting the CMOS

SO try removing the gpu and see if it will go to bios.

I swapped the ram from one slot to the other too

How did you reset the cmos. Did you unplug pc from wall, pull out cmos battery for at least a minute, then replace battery, plug back in wall and then turn on pc?

Also why were you in bios settings to begin with? I believe 5 beeps is a cpu error. Check your power connections to make sure they are all seated, the cpu fan is running, and as last resort take a look at your cpu and reseat it.

I had roughly the same issue with a Gigabyte Z370M D3H motherboard.
Pulling out the GPU and plugging the monitor into the motherboard with the intel i5 8100 installed worked.
It posted and I got the chance to revert the secure boot setting and the platform key one.
