Question PC not booting to windows

Hi i have a problem regarding my pc not booting to windows anymore. At first, when i shutdown my pc it will turn back to lock screen immediately. Then, i force it by shutting it down through power button. When i boot it again it goes me straight up to bios setting. There is no boot priority as well in BIOS setting.The problem starts when i delete my partition to other ssd/disk 1 using minitool. My windows is currently installed in M.2 SSD/ disk 0. I have no idea that removing the partition from disk 1 will affect the boot even though my windows is in disk 0. I hope you can help me boot up my pc.
