Question Pc not displaying anything and the cpu fan not working

Recently I got a ga z77hd4 motherboard from gigabyte and I went to power it on last night and the cpu fan lit up for a second then shut off note the case fans were still on and there is no display output (I’m using a gpu that runs off of the motherboard power) I’ve tried a bios reset changing the cmos battery and making sure that everything is plugged in please help me figure out what’s wrong I need this for school and personal use

including power supply make & model + it's time in use.

what fan header are you using for the CPU cooler's fan.
do you even see a POST screen upon boot or does the system not fully power on?

My specs are
Gpu: gt 1030
Cpu i5 3350
Ram 32 gb ddr3 1300
Motherboard is a gigabyte ga z77 hd4
Psu evga 750 b2 supernova

this doesn't explain which motherboard fan header you have it connected to.
they will all have individual labels; SYS_FAN, SYS_FAN2, AIO_PUMP, etc...
