[SOLVED] PC Not turning on at all

PC not turning on at all, none of the fans are spinning, the only sign of life is the external hard drive led lighting up, I checked the PSU with the paperclip and its working, I don't know what is the possible reason to this, yesterday it worked perfectly fine

Then it looks like a dead board. Try testing with only CPU and CPU cooler installed.
