So here is a rundown of what is happening. I installed a brand new GPU EVGA 3070 TI FTW to my build. The old gpu was AMD Radeon 6600 and having different issues than my current. Every couple of days Ill turn on the pc and games will be at 15-20 fps and just locked. I will have no GPU stats on GPU-Z or Nvidia Performance analyzer. Its almost like the gpu is running in passthrough mode. It is completely sporadic and the only way to fix it is if I restart my pc multiple times until it picks up the information. All current drivers installed, uninstalled old gpu drivers.

Motherboard - x570 Steel Legends
GPU - EVGA 3070 TI FTW
M.2 SSD
I've done a complete clean reinstall of windows in case it was corrupted any insight would be greatly appreciated
