hi, ive recently noticed my pc is severley underperforming on games such as rust i have all settings pretty much as low as they go yet i still barley reach 60 fps my pc specs are: nividia geforce rtx 2060 super amp extreme,AMD ryzen 7 2700x,ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING MOTHERBOARD,2X CORSAIR 8GB DDR4 RAM RUNNING AT 3200MHZ, SAMSUNG SSD EVO 1 TB, i feel as if i should be getting atleast over 100 fps with rust would be greatly appreciated if someone helped, thanks.
 
Solution
Make sure you do not have v-sync enabled in Nvidia control panel 3d settings. What kind of windows power plan are you using? It wouldn't hurt to up your memory from 8gb to 16gb too. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the gpu driver?

thanks for the reply, just turned off vsync it was on the 'use 3d application setting' option my power plan is high performance and my ram is also 16gb i worded it incorrectly, i havent tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers.
