Question PC randomly restarting when in game

Hi! I have an issue where my pc randomly restarts (either into normal or safe boot, which can be fixed by uninstalling the GPU) when playing games, such as LoL or Ghost Recon Breakpoint. CPU and GPU temps are around 70°C. No issues when doing basic tasks like multiple tabs on browser or any non-gaming apps. Can anyone help me identify the cause?

Also, the LED near the PCIE cable on my GPU is always ON for 2 years, I gave up fixing it.

GPU: RX 6600XT Gigabyte
CPU: RYZEN 5 5600X with stock fan
Motherboard: B550M-DS3H rev 1.0
BIOS Version: American Megatrends Int., F13, 7/8/2021
RAM: 2x8GB 3600MHZ Team T-Force Dark Za DDR4
Operating System & Version: Windows 11 Pro 23H2 Build 22631.3527

You have BIOS updates pending.

You forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU and it's age. This is what I'm assuming is the root cause of your issue, if you're not having an overheating problem(i.e, Thermal shutdown).

Make and model of your case and the number of fans and their orientation of said fans in your case?

I have recently updated my BIOS from F13 to F14. I will try updating it to F19.
My PC was build in in November 2021.

I have 3 fans. 2 inflow fans are on the front side of my case. Then 1 outflow fan on the back of my case near the I/O ports.

Tried playing Ghost Recon Breakpoint after updating the BIOS to the latest version. Then updated the AMD Chipset Driver using the APP Center. After around 30 mins, it crashes but it didn't shutdown nor restart. The monitors went black, like they were not connected. The PC is still ON and I can here the game's audio but it is not responding to my keyboard/mouse inputs. CPU/GPU hotspot temps are around 70°C. Was able to reach the CPU/GPU TDP. Monitoring these using AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition > Performance > Metrics.

Also, when I open the AMD Software after the restart, it shows an error message:

"The version of AMD Software that you have launched is not
compatible with your currently installed AMD graphics driver.

For information on how to resolve this, please go to:

I usually encounter this issue before and workaround is just to uninstall GPU on Device Manager then restart.

Usually when I play games, it will do one of the following:
1. Restart and boot into normal mode
2. Restart and boot into safe mode. Workaround is to uninstall GPU under Network Displays on Device Manager then restart.
3. Crashes but the PC is still ON. I can still hear the game's audio and inputs are not working. Monitors also go black, like not connected.
