Question PC randomly restarts after cleaning

So yesterday i took the cover off of my case and cleaned out all of the dust. The fan was making more noise than usual so I decided to take that out and give it a good clean. (that is the only thing that I took out of the computer, I didn't even unplug it). After putting everything back together my computer will randomly shut off and then immediately turn back on. Its done it twice since yesterday. Any ideas on what is going on? Never did this before i cleaned it.
