PC Restarts Randomly

Hey There,
2 days ago when i was playing battlefield1 my pc randomly restarted with no warning or anything!
at that time it was only battlefield but today i tried to play csgo and it did the same! so it was not that battlefield 1 was to much! since Csgo is a fairly easy game to run! I think it might be my PSU since its Pretty old and a bit bad! but I'm not sure and i wanna be sure So i don't buy a New PSU and then find out it was not the problem! It might be overheating!

PC Specs:
GPU: NVIDIA GTX 960 2gb
CPU: AMD FX 8320 8-core
PSU: Cooler Master RS 460-PSAP-i3
Ram: 8GB

the 960 recommends a 400w PSU, if the cooler master is putting out what it says it can, since you say its an older unit it may have degraded over time and can no longer handle the load.

My first thought was PSU, and even if its not the problem it wouldn't hurt to get a better quality unit anyways.

I want to buy a 500W I can pick a cooler master or crusader or what ever its called! xD
