Question PC Restarts Without warning while running Minecraft, BeamNG.Drive, Pc Building Simulator &...

hello guys, a few months ago I started playing Minecraft. after a few days, while playing, my pc restarted with the error:
power supply surges detected during previous power on. ASUS anti surge protected system from unstable power supply!
so I checked the temp.
while gaming the temp went up to 97C
so I bought a better cooler.( Green Notus 200 Tower)
this time when I get The error my temp is 40C
what do I do now?


Specs:
Intel I5-6400 Skylake (overclocked to 3.4 Ghz)
ASUS GeForce GTX 750 TI OC 2GB DF-series(overclocked to 1071 Mhz)
8 GB ddr4 g.skill ripjaws V
550W GREEN EU+ 80+ Gold Series PSU (Pretty sketchy (Made In Iran))
ASUS Z-170A (Repaird 2 times)(each time took 1 month)

The message points to the power supply, so buy or borrow a new one to eliminate it as the cause. If there was an actual power surge, one would expect the temperature to increase. Higher voltage would mean higher current and that would mean higher power usage.
