Question PC Slow boot might be graphics card

So it takes long to boot my PC and at the boot lights it is stuck on the dram one for a while, but there are white lights on top of the gpu plugs which I believe mean it is not getting power at the time. But it runs perfectly fine when I am in windows, it just takes long to boot. Once it shows the motherboard logo for the bios, it loads really fast, but it takes long to go through dram and GPU on the boot sequence. What might be the issue? Also it is on a M.2 ssd so it should not be loading this slowly.
