Question PC Slower by the day

Hi, I am having a very strange issue that's occurring. It seems my PC is getting slower and slower by the day and I am really confused why. File explorer takes around 15 seconds to load some times, Jittering mouse, Photoshop is slow. General navigation of windows is slow. Games are defiantly loosing fps.
I have a Ryzen 7 3700x which is fairly new. A gtx 1070 mini which isn't very good and is old. A PSU that is 750W Aerocool however clicks, coil whines and does all sorts of weird <Mod Edit>. HardDrive for my games and a 840 samsung ssd 250gb for windows. I have not a clue what to do. I am thinking of upgrading my PSU and GPU but I want to make sure that will fix the issue.

Can you perform a health check on that SSD of yours?

also the image draws a blank at my end (no picture)

also what is your PSU's brand?

Health check on SSD turns out to be fine. I just clicked the link for the images and loaded perfectly and the brand of my PSU is aerocool... I know not the best at all.
