Question Pc slowly freezes

hi!
so i've this issue for a while now, my pc slowly freezes , first it cuts out the bluetooth audio (haven't tried wired) , in this point it's still "working" but i know it's going to freeze , if i clicked any window, that window becomes unresponsive, i tried to power it off but it doesn't let me , but i can still move the mouse for a while and open aeverything but it becomes unresponive after it opnes and that happends until it freezes completely , at first i thought it was a motherboard or CPU fault , but i recently upgraded my setup , and the problem it's still going, sometimes i doesn't happen for weeks , and other times happens 3 times in two hours .

i already did several thing :
Repair your system files (with ReImage)
Run a memory check (with mdsched.exe)

i only change mobo and cpu ,

If someone can help me I would be very grateful, if you want anymore info just ask , i really want solve this .

Did you update the BIOS for the 5600X? Also, did you do a fresh install of windows when you changed motherboards?
