Question PC sometimes boots right away, other times it gets stuck on VGA light ?

Specs:
-Asus B550 E
-Ryzen 7 5800x
-Radeon RX 6700 xt
-16gb Corsair ram
-Windows 10
-2 monitors, both acer 24in 165hz

So, computer has been built for about 4 months, worked well for the first few and recently when I power it on it will get stuck on the vga light and requires a reset to turn on. Sometimes this happens, sometimes it doesn’t. I don’t know if there is an easy fix for this or any solution at all actually. Once the computer boots everything runs smooth and like normal. Thank you in advance for any suggestions/help!

try with just 1 monitor?

PSU is the Corsair RM850X
I have tried with one monitor and similar to before it powers right up sometimes and other times it gets stuck at the vga light. One monitor runs on a display cable, the other runs on hdmi. I don’t know if that would make a difference or not
