PC stops booting

Hi,

My PC stops booting as soon as I power my Hard Disk.

I don't seem to find the error.
Please help!

Actually everything was working fine, all of a sudden I got a virus attack.

I removed the hard disk and inserted in my other PC, it was not recognized there, system was asking to format the drive.

now when i put the hard disk back to the original PC, it didnt start. I tried removing the power to HardDisk, however the PC, then booted.

I just couldn't understand the issue!

Please help.
