My PC can boot into Windows OS just fine.

I was able to boot into Bios before I installed GTX 1080 GPU and turned on TPM 2.0. After that, I wasn't able to boot into BIOS even though it have like 4 seconds delay. I was spamming DEL/F2 but my monitor is not showing any signal during booting, it skipped straight to OS for some reason.

I wonder if fast boot has been enabled. That can skip over the process of getting into BIOS. Via Windows you can have the computer boot to BIOS. This article shows how to do it. The Win 8 and later are all relevant for any system. https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/...system-setup-from-windows-on-your-dell-system

Yup. I actually did that before i made this post and it didn't work. I tried it again just now and it still doesn't work. It doesn't even show all things on beginning like logo, POST, etc. Just straight up skipped to OS. I did not enable fast boot or anything. Only enabled TPM 2.0 in Bios.

Can you try a different type of monitor connection?
Dp>hdmi or the other way.

I will try what you suggest but are you sure it's that issue? It is showing signal just fine on windows OS. For some reason, it's not showing signal during start up. Even if it's monitor issue or connection issue, how come why it's not going to BIOS with me spamming Del/F2 regardless? It have 4 seconds delay before it go to OS but it skipped 4 seconds delay for some reasons.
