Hi

I got problems while trying to update my BIOS for Motherboard GIGABYTE GA-AB350-Gaming. It seems that latest version that works correctly is F40 if i try to get newer updates the Windows take forever to load and then i experience stuttering.

The reason why i am trying to update is because they say on GIGABYTE site that it helps in improving Destiny 2 performance. Any help would be appreaciated.

Specs:

Processor AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor 3.60 GHz
Installed RAM 16,0 GB
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
RX 580 8B

Hello there!
I'm trying to visit the Gigabytes website although there seems to be some issue im not able to(only the GA AB350 product page). Anyways the 300 chipset Mobo were very fussy and many faced issues with it. I was able to go into the 'GA AB350 Gaming 3's support list where they mentioned to update to F31 bios before going to F40, so id suggest to check for that for your Mobo else if the F40 works fine don't update-yes ik you probably didnt wanted to hear that but if the system works perfectly without any issue on the F40 bios then it's better than a latest but fussy bios. Ik extra perfomance matters especially if it's for free as it gives you more for your money,I hope it gets fixed.

I followed the instructions and i did install f 31 first then 40 but later updates had issues. The F42 actually worked until i turn off the pc and turn it on back day later. It seems like compatibility issue even though it should support my cpu just fine. Anyway i will probably buy better MB.
