[SOLVED] PC suddenly shutting down while gaming and turns back on again

Hey guys, from today i had this problem, my pc restarts every 15 minutes or so. I don't play games that are so painfully for the cpu or gpu, i play mostly CS:GO and SA:MP. I checked my temperatures, and when i'm gaming the cpu temperatures are about 70-75 degrees, and when at idle about 56 degrees. My gpu doesn't have any problem, it stays about 40-50 degrees. Can you please help guys i don't want this problem be more bad than it was.

Idle temp of 56 degrees sounds like you need to reseat the cooler with fresh paste.

CPU: Intel core 2 quad q8200 2.33ghz
GPU: Palit gts 450 sonic
RAM: 8gb ddr2 800mhz
240gb sandisk ssd plus
500gb samsung hdd
PSU: 700 watt Ace with red fan, i'm not sure if it's a 700 watt or 750 watt, i'm too lazy to open the case..
Cooler: Thermaltake t1

Yeah, i already browsed the internet and found some pretty good deals on the arctic mx-4

Not alot to be found on that psu and probably for good reason,not impressed myself,it's low end stuff. But i still think in the first place its a heat issue you have. So use that MX4 to reseat the cooler and get all dust out of your pc.

Ace are terrible psu’s, they are in the ‘fire hazard’ quality rating. Even if the issue turns out to be heat you should change that psu.

umm, okay, but do you have some recommandations on some cheap but good psu's?

A Corsair CX550 (not the CX500 or CX600) are usually well priced and ok quality.
