Question PC takes longer to boot sometimes ?

hello

I got a new pc last month and sometimes when i start it up it will take a while longer to boot up, an orange ram light on mobo stays on for around 30 seconds and then it will proceed to boot up normally.
This happens once in like a week. Is this normal?

CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D

GPU: Asus ProArt 4070 Super

RAM: Kingston Fury DDR5 6000

PSU: Corsair 850w 80+ Gold

SSD: 2TB 980 Pro NVMe
