It is an Asrock motherboard N68-VS3 FX with a Semprom CPU.
When i plug the power source at AC its fan start working. But this is whitout triggering the power pins in the motherboard. I have absolutely nothing connected but the beep speaker. No battery, no RAM, CPU in socket w/o power supply, no fans.
What i spect in this conditions is nothing until i short power pin in motherboard, then should hear some beeps.
The system with all components conected do the same thing. Its fans start working but no beeps, and no display. Sometimes it only works in this conditions for a couple of seconds and then turns off.
I tryied with another power supply and it is the same symptoms. Because of that i think it is the motherboard, but changing any part of the system is not a possible solution. Any idea of what can be happening?
