[SOLVED] Pc turns on for a split second, did paperclip test psu only turned on for a second then turned off

As the title states is it safe to assume the psu failed the test last time my pc won't boot it was my motherboard and i did the same test and the psu and fan turned on and stayed on. Can it be my psu this time?
Also to note before I did the test when I just tried to power on the pc like normal all the debug lights on the motherboard flashed on for a second just like the fans can this tell me if my mobo is still safe?

Motherboard : msi pro vdh b450
CPU: Ryzen 3 1200
GPU: msi aero itx rx 560
PSU: EVGA 500w white
RAM: 16GB

NVM!!! it was the power supply!!!
