PC will no longer connect to monitor

I have read the most of the above but have been to get the system running again.

Specs:
ASUS H81M-K
Intel i7-4771 @ 3.5 Ghz4 core
16gb DDR3 Kingston 1600 Mhz 9-10-11-27-2
MSI GTX1060 X 6Gb
PSU 600W

HP2310i monitor

I have swapped GPU with old GPU GTX 760 and removed all externals as well as checking all power cords were tight.Also I have removed memory sticks.
(BothGPU and memory are lessyhan 1 month old.

The stoppage occurred when rebooting after adjusting memory settings.

I have the suspicion that the mainboard has given up but would appreciate any further recommendations.

Worst case what would be a recommendation for a replacement mainbord and chip?
I use the PC for photo works and flight simming.

Please cancel this thread as I was able (finally) to gain access to my BIOS and correct a couple errors I had made and subsequently we are now back on track.
