[SOLVED] PC will turn on for 28 seconds with no video, turn off, and then repeat the cycle

This is my setup:
Motherboard: ASRock B450M/ac
Graphics card: Radeon RX 580 8GB GDDR5
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600
Power Supply: Corsair CX 550
SSD: Sabrent Rocket NVMe M.2 2280 PCIe SSD
RAM: Patriot Viper 16GB 2x8GB kit DDR4

My issue is that my PC will turn on, the light will turn on and the fans will spin, but I won't get any video on my monitor and after 28 seconds, it will turn off and then restart that cycle.
This is my first build so any advice would be appreciated!

test with another psu or gpu?

Solved. For anyone else who is just starting out building a computer, don't forget to screw in every screw to the motherboard. It might not seem that important but if you don't have every screw on the motherboard, the computer won't work correctly. That's at least what I came up with when I got my computer working.
