Had some problems with PC performance, nothing drastic but after trying to update motherboard BIOS I can no longer boot past the motherboard maker's splash-screen.
I can get into bios but nothing else. I’ve even tried reseating everything from cpu , Gpu ram and drives , I even tried to boot off of usb windows installer.
All I get is a freeze and restart or after a few restarts get the automatic repair then 1 second into it loading another freeze and restart.
Also I have installed the old bios version again so it’s not the bios update that's caused it. Here is the crash screen i get sometimes: Crash screen either blue or green bar at tops

RTX 3070 TI
Ryzen 7 3700x
32GB DDR4 3200MHZ Ram
2TB SSD and 1TB SSD
