Specs:

Mobo: MPG B5501 GAMING EDGE MAX WIFI
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D
PSU: NZXT H1 (V2) PSU (750w gold)
RAM: 32gb T-force DarkZ(2x16 3200mhz)
Graphics card: RTX 4060
Cooling: NZHT H1 (V2) Líquid cooler
Storage: NVME: WD_BLACK 1Tb 5150MB/s

Hi, after upgrading the CPU, I installed the CPU and then went to the bios to flash & update the BIOS with the new CPU in, all went alright and even reached 100% on progression bar and everything, but then it remained in a black screen for hours, I decided to restart the PC and now it won't boot, the motherboard keeps on the Dram light, so I supposed that changing the RAM from slots or leaving just one would solve the problem but nothing happened, I then switched to the old CPU but same problem, even cleared the CMOS but still the same problem, I even switched to a different RAM module but nothing happened too. I really need help on this one since I need the PC for my work :/

The screenshot was before updating the bios when all worked as usual

It won't post not even to the BIOS

Follow the above (unzip the BIOS before renaming the .rom file). The diagram is slightly different for your board - if it doesn't work with one of the USB nearest the PS2 port try the other.

Here's the latest BIOS for your board: https://download.msi.com/bos_exe/mb/7C92v1E.zip

Hi Kira, thanks for the reply, I just tried that an hour ago, it seems to update the BIOS just fine, the led stopped blinking and it restarted automatically, but then it just remained turned on for like 40mins, and I wasn't able to turn it off, not from the power button on the case, i restarted the PSU, and now nothings happens, no info lights on the mother board nor OGame on the screen, it just remains on :(

Pull the board out of the case, set it up on top of the motherboard box or another piece of cardboard. Doing this will have you disconnect and reconnect cables that may be the source of an issue, and eliminate the possibility of a short against the case.

Do you have another PSU or graphics card to test with? Try with one stick of RAM in the first slot - if it doesn't work, try the other stick.

Im now trying to update the bif to the 1st update that gave support to the 5800X3D, just yo see if this version of the BIOS is stable and works¿? If not, I'll try this and come back to notify.
