I need some help.

My PC specs:
Mobo: Dell Inspiron 620 (couldn't find a name for it)
Graphics card: Radeon RX 560 2GB
PSU: EVGA 450W 80 Plus Bronze
RAM: 4GB
CPU: Intel Core i3 2100

Recently, I purchased a pre-built Dell Inspiron 620 PC. I was hoping to turn it into a gaming PC by inserting a new graphics card and power supply. However, things didn't go as planned. After I installed everything properly, I turned on the PC and found that the monitor showed "no signal" (Yes, the HDMI cable was inserted into the GPU's HDMI slot). After removing the graphics card, the PC boots up normally. I've read through a lot of threads like this one already, but haven't found a solution yet. According to the Dell website, the BIOS is up-to-date. I've tried disabling the integrated graphics in the device manager, but that didn't work. Also, there is no Graphics option in my BIOS, so I can't disable it from there. The PSU shouldn't be a problem, as the RX 560 doesn't take in much power (it takes power from the motherboard). Also, both the PSU and RX 560 are brand new. When I try to boot with the RX 560 installed, the pc won't even boot to BIOS.

I have no idea how to fix this, so if anyone knows a solution, please comment.

It could be possible that your GPU is not supported by your motherboard.
Some prebuild pc's (like HP, Dell, Lenovo etc.) have a sort type of locked bios, so it doesn't allow you to change the GPU.

People seem to be upgrading the Dell Inspiron 620 without issues. When you put the gpu in, did you reset cmos? Is the pc turning on and you just aren't getting video? When it's still in and on, did you try changing the monitor port to the igpu just to see if it's on? Do you have another pc or a friend's pc to test the gpu on? Can you link to the exact gpu you got?

I haven't tried resetting the CMOS yet. Not sure what you mean about the igpu monitor port. Unfortunatlely, I don't have another PC to test it on.

Here's the link: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814126207

That's what I'm afraid of. However, I do want to see if I can find any solutions before I send the card back.

That is false. People are upgrading it without issues.

Is the pc turning on and you just aren't getting video?

With the graphics card in, you have the hdmi in the graphics card. You get no signal. So while the pc is still on, take out the hdmi cable and plug it into the mobo. If that gets video then it's not switching to the gpu hence why you get no video but the pc is turning on. That is when resetting cmos could solve it to try to get the settings to switch.

The PC will turn on, but I don't get any video. I tried resetting the CMOS, but nothing changed. I also tried what you said, but that didn't work either. Any more solutions?

I don't see that option anywhere.
