Question Pc wont boot. Asus led beep goes white then red then yellow then turns off

I have a b450 f asus mobo. Yesterday i built it and turned it on, the mobo issued the code (tellow,green) that it boots, didnt have a display at hand so couldnt test. Fast foward to today theres on output from the gpu, the mobo issues white red yellow (i assume its checking as the compoments turn on as the led switches). After the yellow the led turns off, and the part keep working so i guess that means everything is ok, so yet again it wont post. My ram is 3200 mghz , and the mobo supports it but from a xmp file (oc). Should that be a comcern or do you have any other ideas as what it might be?
