Like the title says, my pc won't boot unless I take out the CMOS battery and discharge it (by holding down the power button for 15 seconds) between every boot. Since I can get into windows I know all my components are fine, but I don't know why it will only work when I do this between reboots. Anyone seen this problem before?

I normally turn the computer off via windows (as seen in the video). I have not tried a new CMOS battery but I'll go out and try that now. Will be back with an update.

Just replaced the battery; still having the same issue.
I got the exact same problem. I try the cmos battery removal and also the build down and start fresh one by one. One thought is that the case power switch is sorted out and stops the mb to start. However you would think the mb own onboard power button would work. It does not. All I know is that the computer as put into sleep mode then at some point after that the power was lost. Now just unable to get it going. Mb rgb lights are on. But no fan, no beep. There a green light right at the mb power button. And the manual says that normal. So I think a tear down is needed. Richard
