[SOLVED] Pc wont load usb (removable disk)

When I plug in my usb to any usb port it first says that its installing the driver. After it installs the driver it takes sometime before the drive would even show up on my computer. And when it shows up it says removable disk. When i try to open it it just starts loading and wont open.

This is a really old system but i don't know the specs. Its win 7 64 bit.

hmm USB is what?

If its a USB thumb drive was there anything on the drive? Windows 7 end of like is not till 2020. if the USB was blank just see if you can format it by going to my computer and right click and quick forrmat. I would format it NTFS.
